The cabin is surrounded by nature, and is well-equipped for your comfort. This home can sleep 4 adults and 2 kids. You must be 21 years or older to book. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ The cabin offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King Bed. The second room is equally inviting, with a King bed as well. High-quality linen and pillows in both bedrooms make sure you get a good night’s sleep. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ The cabin’s single, full bathroom is sparkling clean and offers all the conveniences of home. Complimentary body wash and plush towels are provided. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need for your meal preparation pleasure. There’s a coffee maker for your early morning fix. You’ll find cookware, dishes, and utensils to prepare light snacks, cook or bake, and dine together. Violating No Pet policy will result in eviction and loss of deposit.Smoking: No smoking of anything indoors and always use an ashtray outside. Please respect this rule and head outside to smoke. Noise: Please enjoy yourselves but keep in mind that voices carry throughout our neighborhood. So, try to please keep the conversations fun but not too loud. Per the Vacation Rental Division’s policy, it is expected and recommended that quiet hours begin at 10 PM for outdoors. We ask that you respect and consider the great neighbors around you. Additionally, there is not to be any amplified music outdoors. Please enjoy yourselves and use good judgement. *** If you use the spa and/or want to stargaze at night please keep your voices low key and to a whisper*** Parking & Snow Chain Requirements: We have ample parking spaces with the gates open so please pull in off the street. Street parking is not allowed whatsoever. During winter months (November-April) all vehicles, including 4x4 must always carry tire chains. Check local conditions before you travel and verify if chains will be required to drive. Trash: Do not leave the doors open at night because we have very well-fed raccoons in the neighborhood that will come into the house to get food and go through the garbage cans. We have a lot of space in the garbage cans in the house – one for recycle and one for landfill. If any trash is found inside the house, a $20 fee per bag will be charged. Please contact me if the outside trashcan is full. House rules:

- The maximum number of guests is 6. More than 6 guests in the home may result in asking you to leave, your deposit being forfeited, and/or an additional $100 charge for every extra guest. - The maximum number of cars allowed is 2. Cars must be parked in the driveway. Any street parking may result in being towed or fined at your own risk. - Quiet time begins at 10 PM. Please, no excessive noise after this time. Any complaints made about the noise coming from the house after this time may result in a fine from the city that you will be responsible for paying, and/or you may be asked to leave the cabin. - No smoking inside the home. A fee of $150 will be charged to you in order to purify the air and get rid of the smoke smell. Smoking is allowed outside away from open windows and doors. - Pets are not allowed in the home. The owners of the cabin have bad allergies and utilize the cabin seasonally for personal use, therefore no animals of any kind are allowed in the cabin. If it is clear that a pet has been in the home during your stay, you will be issued a $250 charge. - Check out time is 10 AM. A $50/hour charge will be added to any check-outs after 10 am that is not pre-approved. It may be possible to check out at 1 PM for an additional charge. - In order to conserve energy and water, we ask that you leave any used beds unmade. This way we know which beds to change the linens on. - All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away. There is a $25.00 fee per load of dishes left dirty that the housekeepers must wash. - Please take all food items with you. - Please put all dirty towels in the bathtub - Please take your trash to the black trashcans outside in front of the house. If any trash is found inside the house, a $20 fee per bag will be charged. Please contact me if the outside trashcan is full. - If you enjoyed a fire during your stay please put the ashes in the ashcan provided for you. It should be on the porch. - This cabin has one ring camera monitoring activity outside the front door. There are no other cameras active or recording. - By booking the cabin, you understand that this house is in the mountains. We occasionally will have insects find their way into the house, which is beyond our control. That could include, but is not limited to, spiders, ants, moths, flies, etc. We are unable to completely prevent them from getting into the house, therefore there could occasionally be some inside.
